Vedic Oats
1/2 cup organic Oats (or pre-cooked grains like rice, quinoa, amaranth)
Seeds or nuts (raw)
Cardamom
Ginger powder
Salt
Almond or coconut milk
Ghee or coconut oil
Pour 1 cup hot water over the above ingredients and let sit for a few minutes.
Add your desired sweet and soft dried fruit, fresh berries, or figs
Add maple syrup or Jaggery if desired.
