This cleanse is geared towards physical, emotional and mental health comprised of : cleansing yoga and meditation practices for spring, 5 day vegetarian mono diet, journaling/daily reflection, daily self care practices, community support. Join Kameko Shibata online for a 5-day cleanse rooted in Ayurveda that will leave your body, mind and spirit nourished for the season ahead.

This Rejuvenating spring cleanse includes:

• Live group Zoom call on Saturday, April 24 from 10:30am-12:30pm PST with detailed instructions for preparing for and conducting 5-day Ayurvedic cleanse. Recording available after. Zoom vinyasa yoga class included before, Sat 8:30-9:45am for those who want to practice.

• Ayurvedic Cleanse runs Tuesday, April 27-Saturday, May 1 (2 prep days Sunday, April 25 / Monday April 26)

• One private 45 minute Ayurvedic consult video call with Kameko

• Pdf download Cleanse kit with detailed pre cleanse instructions, day-by-day protocol for the cleanse, recipes, self-care practices, and breathing exercises.

• Pdf download of 50 page full color Ayurvedic magazine, with introduction to Ayurveda, seasonal Ayurveda and Ayurvedic health articles

• 3 Live zoom vinyasa yoga and pranayama practices during the week (with recordings)

• 1 Live zoom 2 hour restorative practice and full moon intention setting ritual

• Daily support via emails from Kameko with recipes and inspiration

• Community support via private google group

*14-Day access to the cleanse and consult schedule after the cleanse completes, so if you cannot cleanse that week, you have the opportunity for two more weeks.
