We invite you to put down the hustle of life and nurture yourself in nature with us at a private villa on a virgin beach in Mexico.
We begin each day with nourishing movement, afternoon restoration, dive into Ayurvedic medicine, and time to explore, connect, rest and play. There will be plenty of free time to go on adventures, be still in nature, enjoy a hammock, pool or the sea, or add a massage service or excursion. The menu for the week will be delicious local and fresh food with a focus on Mexican specialties. All meals and non-alcoholic beverages included. (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options available). We will offer 2-hour all level morning vinyasa classes as well a variety of afternoon activities including: restorative yoga, yoga nidra, mat pilates, group nature walks, beach /shop /dinner excursions to town.

Her classes are dynamic Vinyasa Flow integrating alignment, core work, mudra, kriya, and Pranayama techniques. Hannah is known for her inspirational storytelling, lighthearted nature and creative sequencing. Passionate about cultivating yoga for everyone her asana practice and spiritual teaching are routed in the ultimate foundation.. embracing your whole self.

her artistic and empowering creative skills in an optional add on heart centered “As you Are” photo session and discussion which uses photography as a tool to break loose of the cultural and social bonds which have informed what is and isn't beautiful in order to give us space to truly be ourselves.

Kameko is passionate about bringing yoga and Ayurveda into all communities. She is also deeply influenced by aerial acrobatics, 5rhythms dance, Vipassana Meditation, Lakota sweat lodge, primitive skills, Vedic Chanting, Sanskrit, ecological and social justice, herbal medicine and has a deep devotion to spices. Born and raised in California she currently resides in Rural Coastal Oaxaca, Mexico, and excited to share her “new home” with you!

Arrival Information:
Flights arrive to Puerto Escondido Airports (code : PXM) with connections in Mexico City and Guadalajara. Volaris, AeroMexico and Viva Aerobus have regular flights. We recommend spending some time in Mexico City if you can enroute! The retreat begins at 3pm on Saturday Feb 24 and ends at 12pm Friday March 1 . Please reach out if you have early/late arrival needs.
Our Retreat Location
Our retreat location is two stunning beach villas right at the shore of the Pacific Ocean. Wake up surrounded by beautiful ponds and spectacular ocean views. Each ocean front house has : 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, a huge plunge pool in a beautiful terrace shaded by palm trees. Each bedroom features a private bathroom and AC. The villas use environmentally friendly construction with Parota wood and Bamboo. Common areas include a paddle tennis court, a beach house with a lap canal pool and 300 meters of beach front. The private villa is located 15 minutes outside of the hustle of Puerto Escondido on a large virgin white sand beach perfect for long walks and epic sunsets.
A sample day of nourishing:
7-7:30am tea / coffee + light breakfast
8-10am yoga practice
10-11 am brunch
11-4:00pm daily activities, free time, excursions, massages**, ayurvedic consults**
2-3 pm lunch
5-6:30pm evening yoga, pilates or excursion in town*
