….A Week of Nurturing
We invite you to put down the hustle of life and nurture yourself in nature with us at a private Architectural Digest villa on a virgin beach in Mexico.
We begin each day with nourishing movement, afternoon restoration, dive into Ayurvedic medicine, and time to explore, connect, rest and play. There will be plenty of free time to go on adventures, be still in nature, pool or the sea, or add a massage service or excursion. The menu for the week will be delicious local and fresh food with a focus on Mexican specialties. All meals and non-alcoholic beverages included. (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options available). We will offer 2-hour all level morning vinyasa classes as well a variety of afternoon activities including: restorative yoga, yoga nidra, mat pilates, group nature walks, beach /shop /dinner excursions to town. We will offer a special sound healing and cacao ceremony.

Her classes are dynamic Vinyasa Flow integrating alignment, core work, mudra, kriya, and Pranayama techniques. Hannah is known for her inspirational storytelling, lighthearted nature and creative sequencing. Passionate about cultivating yoga for everyone her asana practice and spiritual teaching are routed in the ultimate foundation.. embracing your whole self.

her artistic and empowering creative skills in an optional add on heart centered “As you Are” photo session and discussion which uses photography as a tool to break loose of the cultural and social bonds which have informed what is and isn't beautiful in order to give us space to truly be ourselves.
Kameko Shibata, MA Ayurveda, ERYT-500, Massage Therapist + wild creature
Kameko is passionate about bringing yoga and Ayurveda into all communities. She is also deeply influenced by aerial acrobatics, 5rhythms dance, Vipassana Meditation, Lakota sweat lodge, primitive skills, Vedic Chanting, Sanskrit, ecological and social justice, herbal medicine and has a deep devotion to spices. Born and raised in California she currently resides in Rural Coastal Oaxaca, Mexico, and excited to share her “new home” with you!
Kameko will bring …
Traditional vinyasa classes, restorative bliss, hands on adjustments and occasional swearwords . Her expertise on Ayurvedic Medicine offering lectures in Ayurvedic self-care and nutrition.
Our Retreat Location
Our retreat location is a stunning Architectural Digest home right at the shore of the Pacific Ocean. Wake up surrounded by a stunning infinity pool and spectacular ocean views. Each bedroom features a private bathroom. There are 2 Shared Rooms and 2 Single Rooms and a Master Suite. The Master Suite has a private plunge pool. Common areas include a designs dream open air lounge and dining room all facing the infinity pool and ocean. The yoga deck is a short 5 min walk along the beach and also has incredible ocean front views. The private villa is located 30 minutes outside of the hustle of Puerto Escondido on a large virgin white sand beach perfect for long walks and epic sunsets.
All rooms feature private bathrooms.
Double rooms feature 2 single beds. Doors slide open to revel an ocean front view.
“Single” occupancy is for 1 person and we will match a roommate .
“Double” occupancy price is for 2 people and you bring your roommate.
Price includes all accommodations, meals and classes for 1 or 2 people respectively for 5 nights 6 days.

A sample day of nourishing 5 nights 6 days in paradise:
7-7:30am tea / coffee + light breakfast
8-10am yoga practice
10-11 am brunch
11-4:00pm daily activities, free time, excursions, massages**, ayurvedic consults**
2-3 pm lunch
5-6:30pm evening yoga, pilates or excursion in town*
