This 3 Part series will cover ayurvedic self-care, massage and yogic techniques in challenging times. Each session Includes:
75 minute zoom call with 30 minute discussion, 10 minute Q/A, 30 minute restorative yoga/meditation/self care practices.
PDF of rituals, audio or video of practice for later use.

4/29- Healthy Sleep
A lecture on how to get the most restful night’s sleep, a nightly sleep ritual guide PDF, and 30 minute pranayama/meditation/yoga nidra sleep practice and self foot massage, which can be audio recorded and used in bed later.
5/6-Heathy Touch
A lecture on the benefits of self massage, (abhyanga) in Ayurveda and marma point you can use on yourself to sooth your nervous system and connect to your heart in a time when touch and massage are in short supply. A self massage ritual guide PDF, and 30 minute pranayama/meditation/self massage flow, which can be recorded and watched later.
5/13 Healthy Head
A lecture the effects of computers on the mind/eyes and nerves system from an Ayurvedic perspective. Learn simple, yoga , ayurveda and massage techniques to relax the eyes, head neck and cranial nerves from too much screen time. Understand and create healthy boundaries around screen time. Included a de-computer ritual guide PDF, and 30 minute pranayama/meditation/self massage flow, which can be recorded and watched later.
